Introduction to Backyard Poultry introduces various poultry breeds and their uses, provides participants with the basics of poultry husbandry and care, including housing and nutritional requirements. Learners will develop an understanding of diseases and biosecurity principles. The course will provide participants with information regarding poultry reproduction and the basics of egg incubation, hatching eggs, and care of baby chicks, and provided with resources regarding home processing of poultry for consumption, and safe practices for handling eggs. |

Best Care Connected is an online professional development course that provides 5 hours of training verified through Traveling Arkansas' Professional Pathways (TAPP). The course is offered free of charge by the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service in partnership with the Arkansas Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education. |

How to Talk to Your Doctor features a "train the trainer" video for those who will facilitate the How to Talk to Your Doctor session. The course describes how to work with limited literacy audiences, reviews session components, and models how to conduct the session. |

Parents, guardians, and educators are often unaware that they are role models for financial management. We can help send the next generation on the road to financial success by helping develop financial management skills. |
