- 2 cups milk, non-fat
- 1 cup canned peaches, drained
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Garnish ideas: ground nutmeg, fresh mint, peach wedge
- Put ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Alternatively, chop or mash peaches, place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
- Pour mixture among 3 cups, serve cold.
- Sprinkle garnish of your choosing.
