Soybean Research Verification Program (SRVP)
Soybean & Wheat Verification Coordinator (South AR)
The Soybean Research Verification Program started in 1983 and the Arkansas Soybean
Promotion Board helps fund the program through a soybean check-off program.
2017 was the 35th year for the program. Through that 35 years, 621 soybean fields
have been enrolled in the program. The five year (2013-2017) average yield for the Soybean
Research Verification Program fields is 60.8 bushels per acre. The state average
for that same 5 year period is 48.5 bushels per acre.
Anyone interested in enrolling in the program should contact their local County Extension
Agent. Click here for county offices information.
