Corn Dip with Chips

Tex-Mex Corn Dip


2 cans Mexicorn, drained

¾ cup nonfat sour cream

½ cup nonfat mayonnaise

2 cups reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated

3 green onions, chopped

1 (4 ounce) can diced pickled jalapenos, drained


  1. Wash hands and any cooking surface.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
  4. Serve with chips or whole wheat crackers.

Makes 20 Servings.
