ReNew You - Are You Ready to ReNew You in the New Year?

Join us on a 10 week journey to to health and wellness starting January 13, 2021 from 9:00 - 10:00am. This program will be held virtually every Wednesday from 9:00am - 10:00am. There is no cost for this program. Select this link for ReNew You Registration

Extension Get Fit 

A virtual, research-based, strength training program using free weights. Join a fun group that will keep you engaged while strength training all from the comfort and safety of your own home. Equipment needed includes free hand weights and adjustable ankle weights and a chair. This program focuses on slow and controlled movements conducted in or around a chair. It is appropriate for any fitness level depending on the amount of weight the participant chooses to lift. The classes will take place via Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 - 9:30am starting with an orientation on January 19th.

Monthly Hot Topics in Nutrition: 

The second Tuesday of each month from 3:00 - 4:00pm. This program has no cost.  Register for monthly hot topics in nutrition
