How much protein should you eat?

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
Bananas provide potassium to help refuel your body after exercise.
1 serving.
1 cup low-fat milk
1 banana (frozen and sliced)
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately. Provides about 250 calories, 14 g protein, 35 g carbohydrates.
