New Applications for Veteran Verification and Reverifications Suspended for 30 Days
In a special alert issued May 21, the Center for Verification and Evaluation suspended all incoming case applications in order to facilitate the transition to the new Vendor Information Page interface. The suspension of incoming cases will last for about 30 days and include both new applications and reverifications. On May 14, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, and Center for Verification and Evaluation began the rollout of the new Vendor Information Page interface to support the Vets First Verification Program. Their main goal is to improve customer service as well as the overall verification experience. The VA will be focused on improving the online experience of veterans.
