Max Franks Promoted to Program Associate II
Congratulations to Max Franks on his recent promotion to Program Associate II.
Franks has served as a program associate for the Arkansas Procurement Assistance Center (APAC) for the last five years.
In 2015, Franks helped to establish the APAC satellite office in Bentonville and serves as the lead point of contact for the Northwest region of the state. Arkansas is better served through having an APAC procurement counselor in the area to work with small business owners in attaining government contracts.
Prior to coming to Arkansas, Franks served in a similar role at the Heartland Procurement Assistance Center in Joplin, Missouri for 11 years. He received his Associate Contracting Specialist Certification from the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC) in 2004 and his Certified Procurement Professional Certification in 2014.
He has served as Regional Director on the APTAC board and continues to attend annual conferences of procurement technical assistance professionals to better serve our clients in the field of government contracting.
We are proud to have Max Franks on our APAC team and wish him the best of luck in his future employment with us.
