Stacey McCullough, Ph.D.

Stacey McCullough, Interim Assistant Director-Community and Economic Development

Dr. McCullough is the Interim Assistant Director of Community & Economic Development where she coordinates and conducts programs in leadership, business and rural development. She also serves as Director of the Public Policy Center, which provides Arkansans with timely, credible, unbiased and research-based information and education about public issues, including state and local ballot issues. She is President of the National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals and serves on the Joint Council of Extension Professionals Board of Directors.

Dr. McCullough holds a B.B.A. in economics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an M.A. in agricultural and applied economics from the University of Wisconsin, and a Ph.D. in public policy from the University of Arkansas. Prior to joining Extension in 2004, Dr. McCullough worked as a senior economist at Christensen Associates in Madison, Wisconsin.
