Interim Associate Director - Operations

This office oversees all financial activities of the Cooperative Extension Service including payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, budgeting, preparation of financial reports, and pre- and post-award sponsored program activities.  In addition this office provides oversight for Information Technology, Human Resource Services, Program and Staff Development, Facilities Management, and Print Media Services. 

Most duties are administered through one of the seven Support Units listed below.  However, some services are handled directly through the Interim Associate Director - Operations Office including external financial reporting, contracting, raffle licensure and reporting, and the financial reporting and financial oversight for Extension's approximately 900 4-H clubs and Master Gardener groups.
