AFS CAMPING TRIP 2002

The annual AFS camping trip is a much anticipated event for the student subchapter.  In 2002 we visited Camp Albert Pike, a beautiful Forest Service Campground nestled in the Ozark National Forest, along the pristine banks of the Little Missouri River. Even after a late arrival the night before, a few members braved the waters to try their luck at some feisty rainbows.  Not disheartened by the dismal morning of fishing, we then hiked the six miles to the Little Missouri Falls after finding Homer - our lost chocolate lab.  It was a camping trip that no one would soon forget.
