Cooperative Extension Building and Grounds

State office building in the snow

Building Custodial/Maintenance

We provide Custodial and Maintenance services to the LRSO building and Cammack property.

Employee ID Cards

Buildings will be open at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and locked at 5:00 p.m. each day.

Key cards will be required to open all exterior doors.

To enter or exit the building, place the face of the card up to the card reader. The magnetic lock will then open and will remain unlocked for 20 seconds.

Notify Facilities Management immediately in the event a card is lost.

Grounds Maintenance

Grounds are maintained throughout the year regardless the season.  Landscaping is a partnership of Staff as well as Master Gardeners and Grants.

Office Keys and Building Access

Employees may request a key card from Facilities Management.

Upon leaving the employ of the Cooperative Extension Service, or when a key is no longer needed, the employee is to surrender the key to Facilities Management. The key receipt card will be marked "key returned (Date)."

Report lost keys and/or cards immediately to Facilities Management.

The card is to be used only by the individual to whom it was issued. Employees should not loan cards to other individuals. If someone who does not have a card needs in the building after hours, arrangements can be made through the Facilities Management.

All doors and outside areas are monitored 24 hours a day with video surveillance
