4-H Program Empowering Youth To Make Positive Things Happen
The St. Francis County Cooperative Extension Service continues to provide
many opportunities aimed at empowering our 4-H youth, leaders and parents to
become more successful and productive citizens.
In addition to assistance and support in individual project work, the St.
Francis County 4-H programs provide various workshops, conferences and
competitive events designed to help 4-H youth sharpen their public speaking,
performing arts and physical skills.
4-H’ers are encouraged to be involved in various community service projects.
