4-H Youth Development
2007 County 4-H O-Rama
The St. Francis County O’Rama was conducted on April 28, 2007, at the St.
Francis County Courthouse in Forrest City. 4-H’ers competed in Vocal Talent,
Method Demonstration /Illustrated Talk, and Public Speaking. County Agents Mitch
Crow, Kevin Norton, Ashley Johnson and Billie Majors supervised the event, which
was coordinated by 4-H Program Assistant Anetra Wyatt. A special thanks to
Martha Martin, Mary Flint and Billie Majors, who served as judges for the
activity.
O’Rama Winners: Mishanna, Senior Vocal Talent - 1st place; Jamarcus,
Senior Method Demonstration/Illustrated Talk - 1st place; Alexis, Junior Vocal
Talent - 1st place; Kenny, Senior Public Speaking - 1st place.
Kenny presents arguments against the death penalty.
Alexis demonstrates her vocal talent by sharing one of her
favorite gospel songs.
Jamarcus speaks on the dangers of being involved in gang
activity.
Mishanna’s rendition of “Born to Win” takes takes 1st place in
the Vocal Talent, Senior Division.
