The Searcy County Extension service is committed to meeting the educational needs of Searcy County citizens in the area of agriculture. Our responsibility lies in providing you with non-bias research information through educational opportunities such as on-farm demonstrations, farm tours, workshops, production meetings, newsletters, and one-on-one farm visits. We offer many free services to producers including: soil testing, fact sheets, cow herd performance testing, on-farm bull testing, feed ration formulating, plant disease clinic and private applicator training. We also have some services that have a cost associated with them but are very valuable to you. Some of these include: forage analysis testing, water quality assessments, and farm pond lagoon testing. We hope that you as a Searcy County citizen will take part in our programs that are designated to provide you with information that can be utilized to enhance the well-being of you and your family.
