Printing and Special Enhancements

Description

The first two lessons covered a lot of basics in creating a slide set. This lesson discusses another important skill you will need -- printing options. It also addresses changing the layout and appearance of slides, both individually and for the entire group. Lastly, you will learn some other options that can be used when creating slides for a "live" presentation running on the computer.

Objectives

1. Learn the print options for a slide set, to print regular full page slides and various types of handouts.
2. Learn how to add simple text annotations to a slide.
3. Learn how to change colors, text size, or object placements on one slide.
4. Learn how to select either the layout or background layer of a slide and make changes that affect multiple slides.
5. Learn how to add a logo or image onto the background.
6. Experiment with applying transitions to slides and to bulleted items when a slide show is played.
