Educational Opportunities
Educational opportunities for Master Gardeners abound--everything from
touring gardens to attending sessions for the next Polk County Master Gardeners
class to classes on special topics conducted by instructors from the University
of Arkansas. Here are some of the ones coming up in the near future:
There will be an advanced Master Gardener herb training in Mountain Home. The
deadline is July 1 to register, and there are still some openings. Registration
is going well, so don't delay too much. For more information, contact the
Cooperative Extension Office.
