Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

The EFNEP program is an education program for families with children and is free to limited income residents of Miller County. The program teaches participants how to prepare food safely, shop wisely, preserve foods and plan nutritious meals.

Who can participate in EFNEP?

  • Families with children who may qualify for food stamps, WIC, and free or reduced school lunch, or
  • Persons who are eligible for public assistance
  • Youth ages 5-19
