County Impact Statements - Jefferson County
Another year has seemingly "flown by." As we reflect on the challenges we met
and the accomplishments we made, we believe that a positive impact was made in
the lives of the people of Jefferson County.
We would like to share some of our successes with you. Impact sheets from
each program area are included in this packet. Though we could not cover all the
work that was done, we did include those program successes we felt made the
greatest impact. We hope that you will find time to read each of them.
Our county staff consists of eighteen members with over 250 years of
Extension service. It is an opportunity and a privilege to serve the people of
Jefferson County with educational programming and research based information.
Program areas include Agriculture, Horticulture, Family and Consumer Sciences,
Community Development, Environmental/ Natural Resources and 4-H/ Youth
Development.
We look forward to serving the educational needs of Jefferson County
residents in the future.
