4-H Youth Development

Dancing 4Dancing H

What can you do in 4-H?

Well, how about barbecuing, fishing, bicycling,  horseback riding, photography, shooting sports and livestock projects only to name a few.  Also, learn fun things like pet care, cooking and babysitting skills.

Independence County youth also participate in Junior and Senior 4-H Camps, Citizenship Washington Focus, Kansas City Global Conference, Shooting Sports, District and State Horse Shows, and Livestock Judging events.

4-H is learning by doing, meeting new friends, doing new things and going new places.  If you're interested in joining, contact us at the Extension Office - 870-793-8840.
