Your Rights as a Donor

You have worked to build your financial assets. Your gift to the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture is received with the highest respect for your efforts. Your confidence in how we administer and invest the assets you have donated is important to us.

The UA Division of Agriculture honors the Donor Bill of Rights developed and endorsed by several nationally esteemed fundraising organizations.

Stewardship of Your Gifts

The UA Division of Agriculture and its charitable arm, the Agricultural Development Council of the University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc., are meticulous in the stewardship of your gifts. In addition, we understand our donors have varied interests as to how they would prefer their funds be held and managed. Every effort is made to marry our donors’ interests with the needs of the Division’s programs and the people we serve.
