Teen Leader By-Laws

Faulkner County 4-H Teen Leaders must be ages 13–19 (as of January 1, 2008) and be a member in good standing of a Faulkner County 4-H club. Teens must be 14 years of age by January 1 of the program year to be an official voting member.

Selection is based upon:

A. Submission of a completed Teen Leader application.

B. An interview with a panel composed of one 4-H alumnus, one 4-H Foundation member, *one 4-H leader, a non-voting Extension advisor and the current Teen Leader adult advisor.

C. 4-H Journal submission will be considered in the selection process but is not currently required.

**4-H leader must not be a parent of any applicant. May be a past 4-H leader.
