[Dr. Kelly Cartwright, Chief Operating Officer, American Vegetable Soybean and Edamame, Inc. (AVS)]  My name is Kelly Cartwright, and I am with Dr. Gene Chung, who is [the] owner of the new company that is going to be centered here in Mulberry: American Vegetable Soybean and Edamame, Inc. We are here today to have the official announcement of that celebrating announcing the soon-to-be opening of this new vegetable soybean company.

[Dr. Jing - Yau (Gene) Chung, Owner - JVC International, Inc. parent company to American Vegetable Soybean and Edamame, Inc.] We just started to break the ground, and hopefully it will be finished sometime in early summer.

[Dr. Cartwright] Well, I think I mentioned it, Ross, when I spoke, that we, that the growers form the foundation. And as we birth this new industry, there is always some apprehension and things like that, but these growers who I have talked about, this group of growers have stepped up and stepped out, and that’s important. They are able to see the long-term [picture], and they understand the potential growth of this industry, that is patterned after an already established soybean culture that is so successful. And so, I think all of those factors combined have made them feel more comfortable, and we really, I think from the standpoint of AVS and the community, really appreciate these growers stepping out this first year and being a team player for us.
