Summary: Comprehensive statement of Extension policies of non-discrimination and inclusiveness in employment opportunities and in program accessibility and participation.

 The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service is committed to providing positive and discrimination-free working and learning environments where all individuals are treated fairly and with respect. The institution values inclusiveness and diversity and complies with all civil rights provisions of federal statutes and related authorities that prohibit discrimination in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.

The University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service is committed to providing equal opportunity in employment and in educational programs, activities, and services on a non-discriminatory basis and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, marital or veteran status, genetic information,  or any other legally protected status.
