Director of Physical Plant
Bobby Johnson - Bobby
has the responsibility for the overall operation of the Physical
Plant at the Cooperative Extension Service Little Rock State Offices
and at Cammack Village. Reports to the Associate Vice-President for
Finance & Administration.
Associate Director of the Physical Plant
Larry Holeman - Larry is responsible for the proper operation of the Warehouse and
the Postal Center. In the absence of the Director, he performs the
duties of the Director. Reports to the Director of the Physical
Plant.
Administrative Office Supervisor
Cindy Smith - Cindy
performs secretarial duties. She checks all incoming shipments from the
United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service, Federal
Express, Airborne Express, etc.; however, only items that are on a
purchase order. She is responsible for vehicle maintenance, mileage
reports, small equipment repairs, schedules van reservations, and
maintains the motor pool fleet. Reports to the Director of the
Physical Plant.
Custodial Superintendent
Michael Harbor - Michael is
responsible for the care and cleaning of all buildings at the
Cooperative Extension Service Little Rock State Offices and at Cammack Village. Reports to the Director of the Physical Plant.
Plant Warehouse Assistant Foreman
Ursula Crow - Ursula is
responsible for ordering supplies, keeping inventory, and assumes
the duties of the Associate Director of the Physical Plant in his
absence. Reports to the Associate Director of the Physical Plant.
Campus Post Master
Debbie Loose - Debbie is the Team Leader
for the Cooperative Extension Service State Office Postal Center.
She is responsible for United States Postal Service, Federal
Express, DHL, and regular mail that is shipped and received through
Cooperative Extension and completes this all in accordance with
proper procedures. Reports to the Associate Director of the Physical
Plant.
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator / Supervisor of
Plant Operations
Vacant Position - The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator /
Supervisor of Plant Operations is responsible for the proper
operations of all heating and air conditioning, electrical, and
building maintenance for all buildings at Cooperative Extension
Service and at Cammack Campus. Reports to the Director of the
Physical Plant.
Facilities Systems / Maintenance Supervisor
Jay Ginn - Jay is
responsible for the proper operations of all heating and air
conditioning, electrical, and building maintenance for all buildings
at Cooperative Extension Service and at Cammack Campus. Reports to
the Director of the Physical Plant.
Plant Maintenance Supervisor
Henry “Glenn” McCoy - Glenn is
responsible for the proper care of the grounds and assigned motor
pool fleet. Reports to the Director of the Physical Plant.
Landscape Supervisor (Horticulture) (Cammack)
Mike Carter - Mike is responsible
for the proper care and supervision of the grounds at Cammack
Campus. Reports to the Director of the Physical Plant.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Warehouse)
Johnny Woodley - Johnny packages
and ships office supplies, publications, and other requested
materials to County and State Office personnel. Reports to the
Associate Director of the Physical Plant.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Warehouse)
Kirby Owens - Kirby
packages and ships office supplies, publications, and other
requested materials to County and State Office personnel. Reports to
the Associate Director of the Physical Plant.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Postal Center)
Vacant Position - The Shipping & Receiving Clerk operates
postal equipment; i.e., postage meters, folder/inserter machine, and
the addressing/label maker system. She performs post master duties
in the absence of the Campus Postmaster. Reports to the Associate
Director of the Physical Plant.
Instrumentation Tech 1
Vacant Position - The Instrumentation Tech I assists the Facilities
Maintenance Coordinator in maintaining the heating and air
conditioning, electrical equipment, and boilers for the Cooperative
Extension Service buildings and the Cammack campus. Reports to the
Facilities Systems/Maintenance Supervisor
Custodial Manager
Gilbert "Gil" Jones - Gil assists in taking inventory of
custodial supplies, training new employees, and cleaning. He assumes
the responsibility of the Custodial Superintendent in his absence.
Reports to the Custodial Superintendent.
Custodial Supervisor II
Vacant Position - The Custodial Suervisor II assists in taking
inventory of custodial supplies, training new employees, and
cleaning. He assumes the responsibility of the Custodial
Superintendent in his absence. Reports to the Custodial
Superintendent.
Custodial Worker II (Cammack)
Vacant Position
- The Custodial Worker II assists in the proper cleaning of the Cammack buildings. He
assists in keeping inventory. Reports to the Custodial
Superintendent.
Custodial Worker II
Pat Bryant - Pat assists in the proper cleaning of the
Extension buildings. He assists in keeping inventory. Reports to the
Custodial Superintendent.
Custodial Worker II
Sterling Boston - Sterling assists in the proper cleaning of the
Extension buildings. He assists in keeping inventory. Reports to the
Custodial Superintendent.
Institutional Service Assistant
Barbara A. Rolax - Barbara assists in the proper cleaning of the
Extension buildings. He assists in keeping inventory. Reports to the
Custodial Superintendent.
Custodial Worker II
Odell Foote - Odell assists in the
proper cleaning of the Extension buildings. He assists in keeping
inventory. Reports to the Custodial Superintendent.

Vacant Position - The Custodial Worker II assists in the
proper cleaning of the Extension buildings. He assists in keeping
inventory. Reports to the Custodial Superintendent.
Building Plant Maintenance Supervisor I (Cammack)
Vacant - The Building Plant Maintenance Supervisor I is responsible for the proper
cleaning and upkeep of the Systems Building and the custodial
inventory supplies. Reports to the Custodial Superintendent.
Landscape Supervisor I (Cammack)
Austin Veasley - Austin assists in the maintenance of the
grounds at the Cammack campus. He assumes the duties of the
Landscape Supervisor in his absence. Reports to the Landscape
Supervisor.
Maintenance Worker II (Cammack)
Vacant Position - The Maintenance Worker II assists in the maintenance of the
grounds at the Cammack campus. Reports to the Landscape Supervisor.
