Nikki
serves as the Instructor - Accountability Manager, which includes management of the
Arkansas Information Management System (AIMS), the accountability
software program for Extension. She coordinates the NIFA Report of
Accomplishments and the CES Plan of Work, among other reports. Nikki
provides support to AIMS users, utilizing feedback to further develop
the system, and provides training for users. She is also available for
assistance with planning and evaluation questions in regards to
programming. With Program and Staff Development since January of 2009,
she has been able to utilize previous experience as a County Extension
Agent- 4-H and Field Trainer for Union Pacific Railroad in her current
position.
