Warning: This license was purchased by the UA Cooperative Extension service for use within the organization. Installation of the software on additional computers is prohibited unless the appropriate Microsoft Office licenses are purchased. Microsoft does allow one additional installation of an Office 2000 license on a laptop if the primary user of that laptop is legally licensed for the software on his/her desktop. However, this is with the understanding that the product is not used on both devices at the same time. Tip: To place the Office shortcuts on your desktop, click Start, select Programs and choose Microsoft Office Tools. Next choose Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar to put the shortcuts on your desktop. You will be asked if you want the shortcut bar to start automatically. Select Yes if you want the bar to always be present. After the bar is installed, you may right click on the bar and choose Customize and then Buttons to pick the icons you want on your shortcut bar.
