Rules for Creating a Password

Standards:

1) At a minimum, passwords shall be changed every 90 days.

2) Passwords shall be at least 8 characters long and a mixture of alpha and non-alpha characters (for Banner, this means letters and numbers, but no other characters).

3) Passwords shall not be reused within 6 password changes.
