ACTION ITEM: Karin will e-mail the appropriate Banner listserv to learn
who else is using the IPEDs report. Karin will open a support ticket for
assistance on what settings impact the way data is pulled for the Banner IPEDS
report. Steve created a cloned instance for the group to use for IPEDS
testing ACTION ITEM: Jim will reopen the contact on stores inventory concerning the reconciliation problem. Jim thinks this has been corrected. ACTION ITEM: The Banner Committee will continue discussion in May about reformatting the existing e-print reports to add more to the description column to satisfy third party requests. Work is progressing to improve the ePrint reports. |

| a) | Disaster Recovery - Steve is working on the 10g upgrade. UA Fort Smith gave us until June 30 to complete before they disconnect the old server holding our standby instance. | |
| b) | Accounts Receivable – Resume looking at it after year end. | |
| c) | Argos – Argos has proven to be a valuable tool, being used more often for Banner and non-Banner applications. | |
| d) | Banner budget process for departmental budget preparation – Begin exploring after year end. | |
| 3. | Luminis Update | |
| Yvonne, Chris and Ash will be working with the SunGard consultant to configure password synchronization in June. | ||
| 4. | Oracle 10G and Banner 8 upgrade | |
| Steve is working to complete the upgrade of Banner. There are still some technical issues to be resolved. | ||
