Change Default Read View to HTML

If you receive e-mail that sometimes looks jumbled and run together, chances are the incoming message is formatted in HTML. GroupWise can automatically translate these messages for you.

1. In the GroupWise main window, select Tools and then Options.
2. Select Environment and then select the Views tab.
3. Make sure item Types of Mail and Group are selected.
4. At the lower right of the window, under Default Read View, select HTML.
5. Select OK and then Close.

Once you set your default read view to HTML, GroupWise will take advantage of the HTML formatting that is delivered along with your message.
