To download Power Point Presentation left click on

You will be asked if you would like to open it or save it to a disk. If you
are going to edit the presentation you’ll probably want to save it to your hard
drive to make changes before saving to a disk. If you are going to use the
presentation as it is, then save it to a 3 ˝ in floppy disk.
This slide presentation is in PowerPoint. If you do not
have PowerPoint you can
download
the free PowerPoint Viewer 97 (2000 Release) for PowerPoint 2000 Users to view
these slides.
You will also need a laptop computer with a LCD projector to use this as a
Power Point presentation.
To edit the presentation - open, save to hard drive and then make changes.
After making changes, save to 3 1/2 in Floppy disk.
To make transparencies from presentation - following appropriate instructions
for your printer, insert blank transparencies into printer tray. Go to file
menu, then to print. The print page will ask "print what"? Choose slides.
Then OK.
To print text of presentation - go to file menu, then to print. The print
page will ask "print what"? Choose note pages. Then OK. This will give
you a small copy of each slide with the text for that slide printed on it.
