- Web page to document and track progress of the three Web Enhancement
Committees
- Web page to inform and promote WEC activities to CES faculty and staff
Initiative #2 – Target & Utilize Beneficial
County Agents
- Consult with district directors regarding county agents who can
benefit the project
- Consult agents regarding how website can benefit them
Initiative #3 – In-service Training for CES
faculty and staff:
- to effectively utilize the web site (i.e., alt. education methods &
software; search; conduct meeting)
- content management
- marketing website to clients
- web writing skills
Initiative #4 – District Meetings
- Inform & market the project to district directors and county staff
chairs
Initiative #5 – Monitor & Report Progress Via:
- blue letter
- emails
- web page
- faculty meetings
- coordinate with other web project committees
Initiative #6 – Target and re-route news
stories to agents via email
- Writers & admin assts. distribute news stories directly to targeted
county agents via email listserv
