So, you’ve got an idea for a publication and you want to turn the idea
into reality.
The Extension Communications Department is ready to help.
Depending on the nature of your publication, there are three routes you
can take:
1. Fact sheets, existing publications.
2. New publications such as brochures, folders, etc.
3. Displays or novelty promotional items.
For fact sheets and existing publications, visit with Publications
Coordinator Gloria Mayhugh at extension 2112 or
gmayhugh@uaex.edu. The
editorial assistants group is highly experienced and detail-oriented and can
take your completed copy and photos to create fact sheets. This group also
handles the updating of existing publications.
For new publications, visit Mary Hightower at extension 2126 or
mhightower@uaex.edu. She
will work with our graphic designers and writers to help create the right
tool for the job. She will also work with printing services to provide a
printing estimate and options for your publication.
For displays, signs and novelty promotional items such as t-shirts
and other imprintable items, visit with Chris Meux at extension 2125 or
cmeux@uaex.edu.
