The Caney Bayou is the habitat of some 43 fish species as well as
other aquatic organisms such as turtles, snakes, frogs, mink, muskrat, beaver, and many
many more.
The Caney Bayou aquatic habitat was evaluated by our
students using Backpack Electrofishing.
