Recent site investigations at Caney Bayou have revealed serious erosion and washout situations. It appears that the stream bank erosion is due in part to drainage problems associated with the new stadium and proposed practice area. Other associated problems include:
stream bottom erosion,
gully and rill formation, and
clogged drainage.
