Using
SQLPass-Though Queries for Banner Reporting
Logon (Ours looks like the Banner Client Server
Logon).
Logon with separate DSN and
DBQ. (MS vs. Oracle)
My Favorite BannerAccess
Query.
Predefined Queries as Building
Blocks.
Predefining all those Queries will take Forever! Not really, you Let the
Server Help.
Let Oracle Create your Code from the Data
Dictionary.
Banner Reporting Requires All the Tools You Can Bring to the
Task. At some point you need the Oracle Guys!
This is mostly a series of screen print with a bit of narrative. This is how we set up BannerAccess and use it for Banner Reporting.
