Serve as supervisor of a field office directed at management and research of a large impoundment (Flaming Gorge Reservoir), a tailwater fishery (Green River), a small waterfowl management area (Browns Park WMA), and local wildlife management areas. Formerly, the project was responsible for aquatic resources, but has recently been expanded to cover wildlife, habitat, and land management
responsibilities. Conduct population and habitat surveys, manipulate populations through harvest and stocking, rehabilitate and enhance habitats, negotiate for tailwater releases beneficial to the fishery, and coordinate Project operations with other agencies, governments, and publics.

Education: B.S. Fish and Wildlife Biology, Iowa State University; M.S. Fishery Science, Virginia Tech.

Salary Range: $15.37-24.38 per hour (approximately $40,000)
