Interview

Ed Buckner: It's not just learning from a book in a classroom, but we take that which we learn in the class room and we apply it right there in the field.

Allison Neely: You know helping other people, trying to improve the invironment for people and I'm having fun doing that, and thats the same fun I had at UAPB in the fisheries program.

Clifton Jackson: Just, when we can go out into the field and do actual research you know outside of the class, that benefited me tremendously. And thats what I look forward to. Going out on the water, you know, and collecting data.

April Layher: Everything in fisheries helped me with my job. The best thing that I got from UAPB, was the opportunity to do undergraduate student research. The jobs are so competetive that if you don't have experience... if you just have coursework and you don't have experience, they just kind of look over you.

Chao: You better come to college before you get too old! (jokingly)
