Impact assessment and using input-output and bioeconomic models to assess policy options that influence the diffusion of new agricultural innovations and resource use, improve farms’ productive efficiency and competitiveness in trading. Other interests include: using climatic data for crop insurance contracting in developing countries; participatory research methods and application; multivariate and mixed data analysis and application; applied spatial econometrics; regional analysis; and entropy estimators.
