Family and Consumer Sciences
Families are important to the University of Arkansas Cooperative
Extension Service. There are many educational opportunities
dedicated to strengthening, extending resources and improving diet,
nutrition and health of Boone County families.
Extension Homemakers
Extension Homemakers is a volunteer organization that focuses
efforts in leadership, education, and community service. It is also
a wonderful way to use your skills, talents, and hobbies to serve in
the community and teach others.
The mission of this organization shall be to empower individuals
and families to improve their quality of living through continuing
education, leadership development, and community service.
